ELMI maintains a Nigerian network of public interest environmental lawyers who volunteer services in the following areas:
-environmental legal counselling and public interest representation.
-appropriate level legal aid to deserving NGOs and community groups seeking aid.
-initiating public interest environmental law cases.
-other legal representation.
-maintaining Public Interest offices of Environmental Law
ELMI Public Interest Environmental Legal Aid Service is available at established ELMI offices and at appointed Public Interest offices of Environmental Law.
